We keep it simple: we offer a flat shipping rate of $9.99 for all online commercial gasket orders shipping to the continental USA. Special order OEM gaskets do not apply.

Yes, we can ship to Canada also! If the website doesn't provide you with a shipping quote on the spot while placing your order, give us a call or chat us online today for further assistance.

Protective Packaging: We pack our gaskets flat so that when you receive them there are minimal kinks or twists.  Larger gaskets will be folded over so that they maintain their shape when you receive them.

Same Day Shipping: Place your on-line order today prior to 2pm EST and in most cases it will ship the same day! (*exceptions apply, i.e. large orders, special order items, silicone gaskets, etc) Our gaskets typically ship UPS ground, so they will arrive a few business days after you place your order depending on where in the country you live.

Sure Seal Promise Guarantee:  Your gasket doesn't seal perfectly?  No problem!  We will exchange it without hassles within 30 days for FREE!  Click here to find out more.

  • Where is my data tag?
You can find most data tags on the inside left or right wall of the cooler.
  • Do you have gaskets for oven doors?
Yes, we have Alto-Shaam and Winston gaskets that can be custom made to fit. Other brands can be special ordered from the manufacturers.
  • How long does it take to ship my gaskets?
In most cases your gaskets will ship the same day if ordered early enough. Otherwise they should ship the following morning.
  • How do I know what gasket to order?
Call us with your model and serial number. We can either help you identify the correct gasket or we will connect you with your local Gasket Guy to give you a free estimate.
  • How do I order a cutting board?
Identify the thickness and material of your current board, then just measure it to the nearest 1/8".
  • How do I order a strip curtain?
In most cases it's best to contact your local Gasket Guy. However if you know what style you need, we only need your bar lenth and your strip width and length.
  • Are your gaskets as good as the manufactures OEM gasket that cost signifigantly more?
Yes. What most people don't realize is that most gasket material is the same and comes from the same places. So you are effectivly getting the same exact material. We also use the same welding machines and processes as the manufacture. The biggest differentiator however is in our packaging of the gaskets. We take extreme care in packaging your gaskets strapped down flat in a flat box so that the gaskets can't move around or get dammaged in transit. Most of the OEM's are thrown in a bag loosly where they are twisted and bent.
  • How do I soften a hard or difficult to install gasket after recieving it in the mail?
The fastest and easiest method is to soak it in hot water or run it through the kitchens dishwasher. This will loosen the rubbe rand make it more pliable for installation. Also helping it to form to the new door it is installed on.
  • How long do gaskets last for?
This all depends on the use and volume of the kitchens production. In a small Mom & Pop sandwich shop a gasket may last over a year or several years. In a busy high volume chain restraunt where the doors are open and closed a hundred times a day they may last between 4 and 8 months.
  • Is there a good way to clean my gaskets?
Gentle pressure with mild soap and warm water is the only way to clean them. DO NOT use detergents or bleach. This dries out the rubber and causes premature cracking.
  • How does this work?
We always recommend that you contact your local gasket guy first so they can come out and have a gasket made specifically for your refrigeration unit.
  • Does having someone come out cost more?
What we typically find is our Gasket Guys can provide you with a gasket at, or below, what you as the customer will pay online.
  • What do you need to help me find my gasket?
Usually we can find your gasket with the manufacturer, model, and serial number. However, we always recommend calling your local Gasket Guy to ensure the best possible fit for your unit.

Number of Sides

  • Number of Sides

4 Sided - Most common for refrigeration door gaskets. Gasket goes around all four sides of the door

3 Sided (2 Long, 1 Short) - Typically seen in cooler / freezer walk in doors. Walk in doors often have a door sweep at the bottom that replaces the bottom side of the door gasket

3 Sided (2 Short, 1 Long) - Least common for refrigeration door gaskets. Occasionally drawers gaskets have 3 sides

Short Side / Long Side

  • Short Side / Long Side

To custom make a gasket we need to know the outside edge dimensions of the gasket. For "Short Side", please measure the shorter of the two sides and enter the dimension into the drop downs. The whole number goes into the first drop down and the fraction goes into the second drop down. For "Long Side", please measure the longer of the two sides and enter the dimension into the drop downs. The whole number goes into the first drop down and the fraction goes into the second drop down. Make sure you're measuring outside edge dimensions of the gasket, from outside corner to outside corner.
