NOTE: Universal mount and wall mount bracket types are NOT available in 1' and 2' widths. If you need one of these widths please purchase the 3' kit and cut down once you receive the strip curtain kit.
NOTE: Standard overlap is 50% for all 8" wide strip curtain kits.
NOTE: Ribbed strip curtains are not compatible with the EZ mount.
Walk-in PVC strip curtains are a low cost and high quality solution to keep the cold air in and the warm air out on walk-in cooler units where the temperature ranges from 32° F to 41° F (0° C to 5° C). Our Strip curtain material is 50% thicker than most of the leading competitors. Walk-in cooler strip curtains are commonly used on doors that are left open for extended periods of time or doors that are in constant use. Strip curtain material is made from smooth, clear PVC and is good for indoor applications. Our PVC strip curtains are manufactured of food-grade material by an NSF certified facility in the US. Strip curtains are a major component in saving energy and can pay for themselves by lowering your energy bill. Please consult your local utility for rebates that may be available in your area.

Corner Options
Standard
The most popular, the corners are square (90 degrees) and have been finshed so they are safe to handle.
Rounded
The corners are rounded at about a 1/2" radius. Typically people will round the corners if they walk past the board often in a commercial kitchen.
Unfinished (Saw Cut)
Not very common, there is no finishing and the corner is sharp.
Edge Options
Standard
The most popular, the edges of the board are square and have been finshed (deburred) so they are safe to handle.
Bullnose
We will round the edges so they are not square, often referred to as rounded.
Unfinished (Saw Cut)
Not very common, this is just like it says. No finishing, edges are sharp. Typically people use this option in custom applications.
Juice Grooves
Also commonly referred to as juice troughs, juice grooves are one of our most requested customizations. We simply route a small trough around the perimeter of your board to catch drippings from carving meat.
Number of Sides
4 Sided - Most common for refrigeration door gaskets. Gasket goes around all four sides of the door
3 Sided (2 Long, 1 Short) - Typically seen in cooler / freezer walk in doors. Walk in doors often have a door sweep at the bottom that replaces the bottom side of the door gasket
3 Sided (2 Short, 1 Long) - Least common for refrigeration door gaskets. Occasionally drawers gaskets have 3 sides
Short Side / Long Side
To custom make a gasket we need to know the outside edge dimensions of the gasket. For "Short Side", please measure the shorter of the two sides and enter the dimension into the drop downs. The whole number goes into the first drop down and the fraction goes into the second drop down. For "Long Side", please measure the longer of the two sides and enter the dimension into the drop downs. The whole number goes into the first drop down and the fraction goes into the second drop down. Make sure you're measuring outside edge dimensions of the gasket, from outside corner to outside corner.
